This year, on the first day of CNY, just right I turned 18. Estee, Joanna and few really good friends celebrated my birthday at Calton Singapore on Saturday the 21st. They made me had an amazing race first. Traveling from Bugis to The Cathay to Lucky Plaza to Heeren and finally Somerset and City Hall. I had to do embarrassing things. When I reached the hotel room, it was really nicely decorated in a princess theme. I even had pink carpet laid on the floor. I felt like a total princess for a day. Our scrumptious dinner was settled down at Buffet Town. (Y)

I am really glad for all who turned up and though a bit sad for those who didn't turn up, still, a very great thanks to my girls for planning this for me and everyone who came! It was just a pity that only a very handful of people came... Lots of thanks to people who played a part in stationing for the Amazing Race, decorating the room and took part in the whole plan.

So I believe most of us had our reunion dinner on the CNY eve. I had mine definitely and Sharleen came over! We managed to went to Chinatown after that. It had been really quite sometime since I last catch up with her. On the night, I did one of the courageous thing I'd ever done. Big pat on my back.

The first month of January is coming to and end and I hope all of you had a great start to kick of the new year and for the Chinese, hope all of you had a great time during CNY! How I wish my CNY is be a lot more lively and I have bigger and closer family here.

As usual, time has still been passing very quickly for me. Luckily I have my daily planner to help me note down of things to do.

My New Year's eve was crazy. I was mad crazy. Embarrassed myself enough too.On a lighter note, we met up with Munting after so long for a dinner before the house party.

On a lighter note, I had a hair cut. Yes. Finally short. After a long time.

I thought 2010 was really rough for me and I prayed for 2011 to be kind to me. I guess it did only towards the very end of 2011. 2011 passed by way too quickly, I was busy all the time. Yeah beginning was partly to keep myself occupied but I guess busy life is just my life.

Seems like as we get older, we do get wiser yet sadder.

The year where I realised we don't need many friends afterall, a few true ones will do. People out there can be fake, you don't really experience so much of genuineness from them. Nobody really cares about you at the end of the day. It is mostly about they, them and themselves.

People don't stay. Not all friends stay. They come and go. Boys do not stay. So I come to an conclusion of my own, stay if you want, leave if you want, nobody really stay at the end of the day. I'll just continue doing what I'm doing.

You will get hurt. You get critiques and criticisms all the time. Many out there are better. But at the end of the day, you must know you live for yourself.

Towards the end of 2011, this whirlpool of mixed emotions form up. Stuck in between and a year is not enough for me to figure out everything, just partly. I don't exactly know what to do and what I really want. Life is not gonna be easy, I know that. But all we need to do is to embrace every moment of it. I had watched New Year's Eve, it is good and I really like the heartfelt speech given by one of the cast in the movie itself.

"It's suspended there to remind us before we pop the champagne and celebrate the New Year, to stop and reflect on the year that has gone by. To remember both our triumphs and our missteps - our promises made, and broken. The times we opened ourselves up to great adventures - or closed ourselves down, for fear of getting hurt. Because that's what New Year's is all about: getting another chance. A chance to forgive, to do better, to do more, to give more, to love more. And stop worrying about 'what if' and start embracing what would be. So when that ball drops at midnight - and it will drop - let's remember to be nice to each other, kind to each other. So this quote simply summarised what I feel. Let us all be nice to one another for we belongs to one humankind. A New Year, a chance to do more and give more. A friend told me, bring only the good ones forward and leave the bad ones behind.

So this year my only resolution would be I do not want to live in bitterness and sadness all the time anymore. I really want to be happy.

And I'm really thankful for what I have. Great friends and family.

Now that it is coming to an end of 2011 I cannot don't blog about anything. But well let me start with Christmas this year first, it was awesome. Night with the favourite girls can never go wrong.

Our plan was to check in to Moon Hotel, a boutique hotel at Dickson Road, to have a shower after work for Estee and I. It was really nice of my mom to helped us to check in. Uhh it sucks to be underage. The bathroom was just a glass door so apparently we can see each other when we bathe. Whatsoever, we just showered together. ^^ We hang around in the hotel till 9pm plus after we exchanged gifts for Marina Bay Sands Chocolate Buffet! Heavenly, that's what I had been waiting for! How can I ever resist any temptation of food?! It's food and now it is chocolates! So we counted down to Christmas at the Skypark.

Next thing was to head to Clarke Quay, Le Noir. Free drinks, great music, crazy time, crazy people. When party at Le Noir ended, I found myself to tour Attica alone. Haha. We sort of wasted the hotel stay because we just spent our whole time outside Attica till 6am and only left that place till 7am plus? But it felt so good to crash back in our room after a warm shower before getting up 2h later for Steamboat at Beach Road with QY's mom and aunt.

And I started doing all these after I came out from the bathroom. I have no idea why too.

I know... I have been away form the space for most of the time. That is because I have truly been busy. With exam every week till 2012 which it had started 4 weeks ago, fixed school schedule, dance practices and work, I am more that happy if I have a day where I get 8 hours of sleep.

Almost impossible to believe but it is true that 2011 is coming to an end soon. This year has been very fast for me probably because I purposely included so many activities to occupy my time since the beginning of this year. Now I barely have a lot of time for rest.

I haven't really talk about my new classmates for this semester yet have I?

This is a must blog. One month ago, I finally went to Spooktacular after 2 years! Can you imagine how happy and excited I was? 2009, we went there and tickets were all sold out. I remember explicitly we ended up watching Michael Jackson's movie before having coffee at Dhoby Ghaut The Coffee Connoisseur. 2010, I said I wanted to go despite O level going on at that period but since somebody persuaded me and promised me in exchange for next year, I listened. This year, finally!

So I have not been updating this space. Basically my life is so busy I barely have time to "rest". I have plans everyday. My schedule is so packed. School is so busy, my Latin trainings are too, draining my energy. But I guess this is it because we have to train so much for Muse, an upcoming dance concert we are having on the 10th November. My first concert in my life.

I am so tired everyday, probably you have heard a lot of it. Coming home during midnight after my preview on every Thursday and having to rush my journal because I don't have time to complete it before dance practice, additional dance practices here and then, burning my Saturday morning/noon for dance again, work on Sunday... Which of the day in the week do I get to sleep more?

Sometimes you just don't feel "good enough" or perhaps most of the time in anything you do. I just want to bring my best out of myself. I guess people new see how sensitive I am and how easily stressed I get when doing small little things or just a simple power point slides for being a perfectionist. Some people still don't recognise that fact because I appear bubbly all the time. "Why would you ever get stress? Impossible!"

It is really sad and tiring when you have no one but yourself to depend on. If you fail to help yourself, nobody can. Of course I'm racing against time in this current lifestyle I have so time just pass in a blink of an eye. Ten months... It has been ten months. Some things change but some remain the same. I can't believe it still hangs around here. Sometimes we are just afraid such good things would never happen the second time.

Despite how tired I am tonight, I still have to blog this out.

Back from working at F1. It was so tiring the past three days. Worked for 15h, stood up the whole day. Oh well, that is just hospitality job scope. I worked in the Club Suites anyway. The racing cars were so loud, I'm half-deaf now. So much good food and drinks, I ate quite a lot though, discreetly. Haha. I smuggled so many cups of Johnnie Walker to the pantry for my fellow friends. :) Lastly, I smuggled lots of chocolates out from that place on the last day. Waha. Now that explains my lost of voice. It was a great experience anyway. But I still don't really like that kinda job. Well at least I learned more about wine, alcohol, food and hospitality now. Goodnight.

Just some of my formal pictures taken during the last week of school. To think time flies fast, I couldn't help but keep emphasizing on that. One semester ended and another is coming which means new friends and classmates. I hope they're nice.

My babygirl left for UK for her education on the last Sunday of August. My best friend, I'll miss her a lot and I wish her enough. Stayed over at her place the night before together with Estee and we also built a bear for her; Porkya. I wish her all the best and we'll stay forever this way. To infinity and beyond. ♥

At the end of the day, it is not about how much one has contribute. As long as your actions remain as an eyesore/unacceptable in another eyes, you are an eyesore. Nobody is gonna care about you. Everyone in this society talks about nobody being perfect yet we continuously pinpoint at the flaws in everyone. Why didn't we want to seek the angel in everyone instead of looking out for the devil all the time? If we spend a little bit more effort to look beneath the surface and to look deeper into the hearts, wouldn't this place be a better place? "The best lives are lived where differences are cherished", the reason why we are all equal and never allow hatred in me towards a human.

I was not an effective and a responsible communicator. Who knows how high is the sky and how far it is from one side of the Earth to another? I know nothing if nothing has been said/justified. I am not a God.

For a moment I was confident. Then I realise I am not. I could write a novel of negativity. I am afraid, afraid of myself. Withdrawing into solitude and what I get is endless tears. Fragile just like that, I shatter like a glass, since when have I became like that. Walloping in self-pity, selfish, irritating, blunt and apart from being the worst of the worst, what else? I always ended up resenting. I told you I could write a novel on negativity. "Depression is a natural reaction to reality. Optimism is a chemical imbalance." I was not accepted. I was suppose to conceal everything but I did not. Maybe I should just conceal myself.

They call me a bitch. I am probably one. Was I at the losing end? Yes I was. No hatred, still no because love is a positive energy. I don't know how to walk and stop running. Why am I living to please people around me in order to be accepted? "I disappear into the people I love. I am the permeable membrane. If I love you, you can have everything." That is not a winning factor. Instead, because I was not able to live up to his expectations, their expectations, your expectations and my expectations, I was being labelled for. Did my morals killed me?

I don't like who I am. I am sick of feeling. Sick of wanting things and people I can't have. I just want peace with myself but I am the demon of me.

So it has been a while since I last went to Marina Barrage. The last time I visited that place, it was a happy memory.

Two weeks back, we girls decided to head down there hoping we can catch the fireworks on the Saturday but then we realised there won't be any NDP Parade going on.

I wonder who truly understand how it feels? People around me may see me as whining and complaining, but they don't know. When I grow up, I will do any operation to get this cure. But I heard there is no permanent cure for sinus. It has been such a bitch all the time.

Can you finish 3 boxes of tissue paper in one night? Have you ever blow your nose till like as it is gonna drop? Have you ever blow your nose till when you wake up the next day, your eyes are so swollen like as if you came back from boxing? Tried having a doctor injecting ten over different types of solutions on your hand just to test the sensitivity of your nose?

Honestly, life haven't been really good. Like a shell...

The best part of the night. Or maybe one of the best nights I had in this year... QY, Estee and I crashed at Copthrone King's Hotel. It was so nice to have the whole hotel room just to the three of us. Tipsy, we took a lot of obscene pictures which were only meant for our eyes to see.

Just when QY and I decided to crash after having a bath (oh anyway it was only me having a shower after the whole night, that two dirty pigs only shower the next day), that ass-tee disturbed us so badly she didn't wanted us to sleep.

Guess what? We cabbed to Yassin, the prata place we used to visit during our secondary times in the middle of the night. Four A.M., yup. The craziest thing is that, they had a "morning" jog right after prata. I need to catch up with them with the video camera, so you know what I did.

Time pass too fast, good times pass too fast. Goodness has to end and I don't know why, I'm always the alarm clock of everybody. All of us had to head to work that day.

Ever since that Friday when we headed to Bali Lane for a drink and sheesha, it seems like that is the only activity Q and I would always wanna go on a Friday. The following Friday we went there indeed. But the second Friday we went was bad. I hate hangovers, really.

In a blink of an eye, one semester is going to be over soon. Exam after exam. The saddest thing of all is that we are all going to be changing class every semester. I love W47H. I don't know if I can still be myself, how I behave right in front of all them with my new classmates.

I rather go through another hundred more times physical pain than this. I mean it. Why is it that after trying my utmost best, I am still that lousy? I need a new life. One chapter of a book ended. I couldn't just stop here and not continue the rest of the other chapters and not finishing the book. Many times, I wish the book has ended abruptly, any way, as long as it ends.

Some people ask me to be infatuated with someone else. Some people ask me to enjoy life, hang out and party hard. Firstly, I'm not someone who look out or check out for guys except Tom Felton who is not realistic to be even my friend right? At the same, haven't I been hanging out with different groups of people too much that I exhaust myself physically?

Six months, baby I don't know how do you measure the time. But I believe the period is inadequate to move on. I always feel that trying to forget someone whom you truly love is like trying to remember someone you never met. Through the time, the gravity of depression does not seem to be constant. The facade to masquerade all the pain only allow me to realise that each sob echoed like cathedral bells, anywhere, anytime. Stares from commuters, surprises from friends, I wish I could rewind that scene.

Each time I played old memories of us behind my closed eyelids, I cried so much that all those tear drops trickled into the well of my lungs, settling in the bottom and chasing out all the air. What can I do to get out of this misery? What lies behind each smile and laughter is a shattered heart, a lost soul with no direction. Time has passed but I can still feel the burnt embers searing along the edges of my memories. But holding onto memory is like trying to hold the sun, and even at the sheer beauty of it stuns, lances straight through me, the punch of pain instant, burning in recollection.

Please enlighten me with regards to this person I gave my whole heart to who made a great impact in my life, whom I see as more important as seeing myself, whom I was willing to sacrifice/do anything for. I have never been so vulnerable, never ever.

A video I must share.

I am a dog lover to begin with and my heart literally melted upon viewing this video during class as part of our worksheet. Honestly, we're in the 21st century and what, Korea is a developed country not a developing country. They have a wide range of food, so why choose dog meat? Moreover, they are inhumane when they abused the dog before eating it, claiming that it taste nicer that way. How about abusing humans and then burning, hanging or abusing them to death before consuming human meat, how about that dog killers? They should have a taste of the torment.

At the same time, I feel really guilty to be consuming all the chicken meat, pork and fish. I don't want to know how are they killed because then, it will make me more of a sinner. I already abstain from beef and I really rarely take mutton... To be a complete vegetarian is not an easy habit for me to cultivate but there would still be a day in a month that I'll consume vegetarian food.

I used to preach about donating money, providing food, shelter, clothes and education for the poor in future when I have the ability to do so. QY told me long time ago, animals have more affection. I agree in some sort of manner, sometimes it is the humans who are so animal-like whereas at least I know that if we were to provide for the animals, they show gratitude.

Today I'm home early as compared to the other school days when I usually reach home around 9pm to 10.30pm... I should start coming home early and not to include too many activities for myself. However at the same time, the only pro is keeping me away from too much deep thoughts. My body and facial betrayed me when I claimed that I'm fine. I just look so shag these days.

Had a booth at Swap N' Shop on last Sunday. I thought the response would be good because Swap N' Shop I and II were great successes however this time, the response is so poor. Probably the first and second one were at St. James whereas this time it was at Chinatown. We only managed to cover our rental fee. :(

The benefit was that at least we received free Essential shampoo. Hehehe. Just right, it is the same brand as I am using right now and mine is running out soon.

Loha~ Having this thought to blog about my first Universal Studio trip last last Saturday. The previous night, I thought it was weird to have two people telling me things like "You're going to USS tomorrow right" and "Sleep early, you're going to USS tomorrow". I was confused, like what, why am I going to USS? No, I'm not? Then this cheeky girl QY said we're going to have lunch at Sentosa the next day which is the Saturday. I agreed since it was common for us to do the uncommon most of the time. Nope, not suspicious of anything at all.

So the next day, QY and Estee came to my place while I was preparing to go out for "lunch with QY at Sentosa". Alas, finally Estee gave me my very belated birthday present. You know she actually left the bear she built for me at the shop for nearly 6 months? My birthday is in January! Haha, maybe next year I shall try that on her! :P So I asked Estee, why did people say I'm going to USS. She gave me an excuse and I took it in without being suspicious at all!

Blahblahblah, so we went to Sentosa and QY said we're heading to Casino area to look for her parents first while Estee said she's meeting her friends to go USS at USS itself. Yeahyeah, I really believed them. Then... While Estee queued for the tickets, the both cheeky girls told me it was a surprised trip for me to USS! Obviously I was excited and surprised because I've never been to USS before. The last time someone promised me to bring me to USS after our O level... Well obviously we didn't made it. So my two baby girls brought me to a surprised trip. Love them to bits and pieces!

Took pictures in front of the globe before knowing that I'm actually going to USS for real! I was telling Estee and QY, "Eh since we're here can we just take picture and pretend that we went in to USS? Estee, please remember to check-in me at USS too!"

Got kinda bored at Starbucks while revising so I decided to blog about...

Here to share some love about Build-A-Bear! I used to think building a bear is a waste of money because it is very expensive and it is lame until I built one myself and I understand the meaning behind it. They say "You pay for the love you build the bear with" and I got to admit this is so true. So for whoever who haven't build a bear before, you can probably build one for your love one for any occasion!

There is a special ceremony you have to go through when building a bear. First, you pick a bear of your choice. You fill the bear with the wool according to how soft or hard you want the bear to be. Next you choose a heart out of two designs. Now here is the special part. You place the tiny heart in between your palms and rub against each other to warm the heart. Next you give the heart a blow and you start to rub the heart on your forehead, right cheek, left cheek and your very own heart. Each place you rub the heart on has its special meaning. Finally you make a wish with the heart in between your palms and place it inside of the bear! Additionally, you can place a short recording inside of the bear as a dedicated message for the receiver. When you press the bear, you can hear the message! The bear will then be stitched up!

So now this bear has a live! You shower the bear and scrub the bear. (Of course it is not real water!) Next, pick the desired clothes you want your bear to wear! There are so many pretty clothes and accessories for you to choose from. You can even make your bear changes its clothes everyday if you can afford to because like what I say, building a bear is not so cheap afterall.

Lastly, give your bear a name and have its birth certificate printed! There it is you build a bear with all your love! It is really meaningful because after building my first bear, I couldn't stop smiling to myself. It brings me a sting of childhood memories too.

Some examples to show you. Anyway I don't think the receiver of the bear I built will be even reading this so I can share this freely.

I sleep with my bear every night now. My mom even plays with it. Just last night, she asked me why didn't I cover my bear's head with the hood if not the bear will feel cold. -.- Hahahaha!

Nine-eleven.

What appears like a joke is that when you are really in need of someone, nobody is ever there for you at all, not a least bit. When you don't quite need them, everybody is there, they start knocking on your door. Day like this I behave like a kid, hugging all my soft toys so tightly and talking to them because they were closest to you, just like how when you got beaten by your parents when you were young, you would run and cry to your soft toys and talk to them. Who cares about you when you need someone? The funniest of them all is that the least close to you are the ones trying to comfort. Tonight, the chilly weather makes everything so melancholic. That's when I missed you the most.

It was Glitz Night last Thursday. It is like a prize presentation ceremony for all the Sports Interest Groups (IG). Frisbee team invited us, the juniors to support them so I went with a few girls and that night was epic. In the middle of the ceremony, we were so hungry. So the few of us walked out of the auditorium and went to the 7 eleven in our school to have cup noodles at Subway! The thing was that everyone was dressed formerly. Should have took a picture of that scene!

It was kind of surprising to find myself in the frisbee team. I went for the trainings for the fun of it actually. I'm still finding which IG I preferred to be in. But a sports IG has its advantage on me, which is I have an excuse to exercise if not I can bump around for many months without exercising.

Michelle and I are always too free to do stupid videos in class. There were so many, I don't think I'll upload it here. You can watch it on Facebook! As much as you realise, almost half a year is gone just like that?

This means that it has been five months since we parted. Any relation got to do with you still never fail to bring me the sadness each time. We could have made it through. We would go to school together, go home together, join the same IG, your classmates would be my friends and my classmates would be your friends. I don't know if "boys are boys". It just seems like nothing they say counts. You gave me up first and I still always ask myself the same question. What about me is not good enough for you, I've done more than what normal girlfriends would do. Nobody apart from your family love you more than I do so what is just not good enough? It always seems like no matter what I do, it is never enough. I tried so hard to understand you, shower you with so much love and concern yet at the end of the day this is what you return me. I don't know if you're happier with your life now or you love it now, anyway we're strangers. But I still wish you all the best in everything you do for I sincerely hope the best for you.

I'm bored at home on a Monday so I guess I'll blog about the past events. I know my blog is so outdated, I only blog about happenings few weeks later. That's because I've been busy the whole time and once I'm so free like today, I don't feel some kind of comfort. All sorts of emotions came running towards me and ate me up again. I don't know why, but I just needed somebody. I'm fine now, I just need food this moment.

I can't remember during which Saturday of May, I shared a booth at Flashlight Batteries Flea IV (?) with Munting and Sheena. QY and Estee came along! It was my first time having a booth at flea so that experience was pretty much okay. However, sales were really bad for me. Meh. :( And the crowd was worse than packed sardines!

Gonna have an upcoming one on 18th and 19th June at Chinatown, The Swap n' Shop with the same few people! Come down and support okay! ;)

Some very random day, I was asked to drink at QY's place on a school day! Aha, and the next day was also a school day. Jesslyn brought Martell and Vodka and as usual we were camwhoring the whole time. I even did many retarded videos but only three were uploaded on Facebook. I remember that Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince was on screen on the television and next was The Hangover! We started playing Indian Poker with the drinks and Monopoly Deal.

I love busy days like these. At least they keep me away from thoughts for most of the time, not all though.

So anyway there's a lot more to blog about but I'm gonna stop here and have my Haagen Daz ice-cream!

Due to my very busy schedule, I've neglected this space for a long time. Tomorrow is the start of my UT (Understanding Tests = Exams). I do not know the best way to study for it because in my school, the teaching system is slightly different. My past few weekends were happening. Or because we made it so? Have always been hanging out with the same people over the weekends.

I forgot this was how many weeks ago but I stayed over at QY's place and the next day we headed to City Plaza with my mom! You got to know that there is actually many nice clothing we would buy right there.

And we left my mom to head to Bugis. And the three of us always have our reunion over the weekends. When the three ofus get together, you don't know how crazy we can get. We started playing "Simon says" on the web camera. Haha.

Weekends are always over so fast. I always never have enough of it. On a lighter note, second week of school wasn't bad at all. Except that, I started to go home late.

Sooner or later, I will accumulate thousands over of photo by the end of 15 weeks together with the class.

You know what?! I signed up for almost 20 IG (Interest Group). My favourites are Scuba Diving, Wakeboarding, Cue Sport (Snooker), String Ensemble, Judo and Latin. Although there's so many more than this which even include Touch Rugby and Cheer Leading can you freaking believe it?! Yup but I've narrowed it down already...

This is how I spent my lazy Sunday on. And this is exactly what I want to wear to school. However I must remember I'm not in an Arts School. In case I get the unwanted stares for being overdressed. "Why is this girl dressed this way for school? Is she attending a fashion parade?" While most students would be in their jeans and cropped top. On a lighter note, I really need a huge investment in fashion. I hope the plan works this time rather than the indulgence of good food. Just a moment I was saying, no indulgence of good food, my sweet tooth is calling me.

Just look at these. Its called paradise! Macaroons, cakes, chocolates, cupcakes etc. Mama mia! Life is an irony isn't it? If you too have a sweet tooth, consider yourself lucky if you're my boyfriend! Because you always get free services from the endless food of paradise! However I don't mind something salty now, like chips from Kettle for instance. But it is not available currently. For an alternative, I'll go for Lays. A good combination while watching Star Awards. That's what I do on a lazy Sunday.

Hello guys! Yes, I'm back. I have been really really busy. Ever since I came back to Singapore, I had been busy with school camp, and school started. Have been lacking of sleeping hours too and I have really been so busy and tired every single day so mostly once I'm home I will be knock out very soon after. Three cheers to no more insomnia! I was blogging on tumblr instead because it was much more convenient for me since there's a tumblr application in my phone.

Anyway school has been really so far so good. It was better than expected. Time pass really fast in school and I'm beginning to like my school even though I was very very reluctant to go to RP initially. The school indeed has a different teaching approach from other polytechnics and I like this approach RP is doing. Although I still have some reservations towards this school, mainly its very far, overall it is still good. I'm so not gonna give a shit about majority discriminating RP and putting my school down like what majority thinks about RP, even the lecturers from other school claiming its Woodlands' ITE. I'm the one experiencing everything there so I know best.

Okay I really wanted to blog about the Genting trip. And I know that was like a month ago and I've yet to even complete the vlogs! We played taidi all the time during our stay there! Before sleeping time and after we woke up.

In all, we stayed there for 4 days 3 nights. No pictures for the last day except videos. There were a lot of videos and I am still consolidating all of them. It was really a good experience to travel with friends. Although Genting was pretty boring, I guess it is the company that matters afterall.

This space is really uninteresting. I neither have interesting post nor pictures. I don't even know who come by here. It is the end of March. It is amazing how I live each day as it goes from January till March. I don't know if I'm trying to bring meaning back to my life. I just want to be happy, that's all. I want my life back. This void, I really don't know how to fill it up.

Too much of shopping, need to cut down. At least dressing up makes me a little happy. The lazy bug in me is multiplying. Haven't been doing anything much productive. I'm beginning to enjoy the company of myself, back to how things were a year ago. However, days have been really mediocre. I have been working this whole week when I am only supposed to be working thrice a week. Mainly because I won't be working any more than three days in April, I asked Sihui to let me work the rest of March away. On a lighter note, I'm going manicure free for the time being. But it is really tempting to get my nails done either on my own or professionally. But I thought I should really allow my nails to have a good rest.

Three months, it has been three months. Do you call that long or short? It has always been a wondering question since a young age. Why could one love someone so deeply at a point of time and at the other, it is gone? Any age, any race, I've seen it all. In the tenths, twenties, forties or even sixties. How could love ever be so temporal? I find it rather miraculous for two strangers to meet, make acquaintance and then become the most familiar strangers. I don't quite understand why should words from the past be the future's wounds. Why make vows which should be committed for the rest of the life only till death do two part and then choose to leave or lose the commitment? Or even does anyone knows how to measure eternal? Why could memories remain so vivid even after a long period of time yet feelings do not stay? All these, they are complications which can never be solved and no answers that can be made. Time doesn't heal everything, it just allow you to adapt to reality.

I think I'm channelising part of my happiness on materials yet again, like years ago. They don't last, yes they don't. Perhaps it could fill a tiny portion of the void in me. Smile, just smile ...

Got back from Genting yesterday and I'll blog about it another day. This post would be on the chalet we had 2 weeks ago on the 4th, 5th and 6th of March.

I used to really love barbecuing a lot because I always thought the food I cooked would be awesome. I don't know since when I stopped, I don't wanna be smelly and I'm really getting lazier.

That was the first night and I really don't like sitting on the chair and lying on the table sleeping! I only got a bed in the morning like maybe 10am, only when Sharleen woke some people up to make space. Everybody was up there inside the room while I was downstairs alone.

Barely few hours later ...

While most people left by morning on the last day, I don't even think we would be going to the theme park right after checking out if not for the free tickets. I guess it should really close down soon. Who would pay $17 for just a few child rides when we have the Universal Studio?

Seems enthu but I'm not.

I thought I blend in well with the contrast of the leaves. Makes me a zoo keeper.

Just to make perfect use of the poncho, I have to cover up my face.

I don't know should I rate it a good or bad gathering we had? Shit always happen. I thought I should control my temper but there's a limit to everything. I haven't even unleash the worst temper of mine for a really long time, like maybe 3 years ago when I did the exact same thing. I threw my phone real hard from one end of the room to the other except this time the distance was way shorter but the after effect were twins, they were spoiled.

With no alarm clock at home and nobody at home, with no money left for me and with my parents who went overseas at the last hour while I was not contactable, I got my $3 digital Hello Kitty watch by my side, hoping my body clock will allow me to be awake at my desired time. For once, I woke up on time without an alarm clock. I didn't know how I did it.

Call it a good or bad thing, but I prefer things this way at times, technology restrictions. My kind friend volunteered to accompany me all the way to Rehill(damn Blackberry M1, why did they moved from Paragon to somewhere in the west!) to service my phone despite having no extra phone which means I would not be contactable once I leave house. We chat through the cyber world and set a time and venue for meeting. I wonder how would all of us be like without technology. Write letters to one another, with the pigeon delivering them ... Waited for my friend for at least 30min, I really wanted to borrow a phone from a stranger till I saw this familiar face walking out of the train and I screamed "Estee Loh! Lend me your phone ..."

Maybe a blessing in disguise. I got an one for one exchange for my Blackberry. Yes even though its not new, at least it is refurbished and much better than my current one with uncountable scratches.

I promise not to throw my phone anymore.

Sometimes I feel life is so unfair. Some people can achieve more than people who never even put in much effort to achieve anything and some people get more than the others. Yet sometimes I believe life is fair, like karma. I think that whatever we are doing are being recorded down, like in a tape or a book and every bad we did, we will get our punishment in a way or another and if we continue doing good, someday somehow we will beget the goods too. And even if punishment doesn't fall on us now, it will in our future, maybe on our children who they have to repay the "debts" for us or in our next life. Somehow I believe the same for relationship too. Like when these two people met, it is fate and if they ended well, it is the lifetime debt they have to repay each other. And if a couple ended up separate ways, I believe perhaps that's the end of the debts they have to pay each other or one party to the other. Probably that is why I always tell myself it is okay even if people don't treat me right as long as I always treat them right. What we are all doing, God will see it. Do our best and let God do the rest. It hurts a lot to treat people, friends, anyone wholeheartedly and they turn their backs on you or they never believe in who you really are. It hurts even more to know people who meant a lot to you do not believe in you at all yet assume who you are as what they think, not once, not twice. But I always tell myself it is okay, it is always okay. What goes around comes around.

Day 1 of Chingay

That Friday, we went as early as 12pm to put on our make up before having our lunch at Popeye.

We did the most brilliant thing ever. Eight of us, went for a movie at Suntec after lunch and make up. Yes in our blue liner and hair. Yes in the middle of the time when we were suppose to be at our tentage. But we couldn't possibly sit there and do nothing and wait until 9pm for our performance because we were the last item. On our way, we met Eugena and Shawn! They were having their own work to do at the PAYM booth in conjunction with Chingay. We caught Just Go With It, it is nice! okay, I think almost every movie I watch is nice since I'm such a movie lover.

It was pouring after our movie and in order not to get our make up smudged, we took cabs from Suntec to the Pit Building. Really brilliant. Everyone were in the tent for shelter while we came back from a movie. Decided to walk around after the rain stopped.

Day 2 of Chingay

This time we decided not to report so early. Instead we reported around past 5pm.

Sometimes the gays/sissies are really the fun-loving and nicer "guys".

We even had free flow of Ben & Jerry ice-cream on the second day. Ice-cream, that's like my favourite! I really enjoyed Chingay, maybe only the real Chingay performance when there's many spectators. Despite missing a few practices, I still went on well with it. I remember there's this once, I went for the practice after work (I left work early for it) and they did not allow me to take part in the practice because basically I was in slippers and nobody would dance hip hop in slippers right? But I was going from work so I thought aiya, lazy to bring shoes I think practice only, they will make exceptions but they didn't! And I left Pit Building 5min after my arrival and headed to celebrate Calvin's 18th birthday at Marina instead. It was somehow good I managed to skipped that practice because we went to the Euro Fun Park with the guys after that! Once a year thing and the ride was good, better than those in Escape Theme Park. Meh, the guys were lousy. More than half of them were feeling nauseous, I think some even vomitted. -.-

Okay, so back to where I was about Chingay. It is like when I dance, when I really dance, I was happy because I was dancing for people, for myself. At least when I dance, I express myself freely, each and every movement and I was happy. But it didn't last. Did our final opening dance for Cityalive, that was the part, freestyle. But we couldn't stay to watch the dance competitions.

I sort of miss Chingay. Time fly so fast. I get to get physically tired and I don't know why I feel good when I'm physically tired. I'll try to delay the time I go home in order to reach my "can sleep timing". And really, I feel happy when I dance, like I just let it all out, everything within me. Maybe I was free and there was no need to habour any thoughts that time apart from dancing. How many years have I stopped dancing, four years I think? Ever since I stepped into secondary school.

No New Year pictures because I didn't take much pictures for it! I think CNY is getting more boring as year goes by basically half of my relatives ain't here, those closer ones. Instead those that are near to me, ain't close at all luh. I tell you uh, they don't even know my name! Since young they always call me "Meimei" ... I think only my Dagu calls me by name. The rest would be "Girl ..." or "Ahgirl uh ... What's your name uh?" Seriously CNY is about the gatherings right? You know I envy those who have so many cute and fun-loving relatives, aunts, uncles whom they will have so much fun during visiting.

This year I lost so much, for me because I had never lost like almost a hundred during New Year before! I swear I was winning quite a sum at Michelle's place first and also Yishun and then once I was at Kallang Bahru, I literally lost all money because they want my money! Hahaha, Ivan went like "Eh Susanna is the dealer, who wanna play ban luck?!" Wah everyone placed their bet. -.-

Pathetic amount of red packet money every year. But that's not what it matters to me as long as I celebrated CNY ... And as long as we had gatherings.
